    • In accordance with the provisions of Article XIV-B of the contract between the Flemington-Raritan Education Association and the Flemington-Raritan Board of Education, the following position is available:

      Position:
      Leave Replacement - Teacher of Social Studies

      School Year:
      2025-2026

      Effective Dates:
      09/01/2025 - 01/28/2026

      Qualifications:
      NJ Social Studies or Middle School with Subject matter Specialization: Social Studies in Grades 5 - 8 Required.

      Salary:
      Compensation is based on length of service and certification. The salary range is from the daily substitute rate of $135 per day to $63,065–$67,565 for content area certified staff, in accordance with the established FREA Salary Guide. Salary will be prorated for partial-year assignments.

      Benefits:
      Eligibility for benefits is based on length of service and full-time employment status. In accordance with the FREA Collective Bargaining Agreement, full-time staff are eligible for medical, prescription, and dental coverage. Paid time off includes sick, personal, and bereavement days.
