      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage the end-to-end leave of absence experience for customers, ensuring a personalized approach
      - Communicate and provide updates throughout all stages of the leave process
      - Collaborate with key stakeholders including HR teams, state representatives, and medical offices
      - Act responsively and accurately to customer inquiries and concerns
      - Maintain attention to detail in managing leave cases

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must be available and punctual for scheduled work shifts
      - Minimum educational requirement: High School Diploma or GED
      - Strong attention to detail and ability to handle sensitive information
      - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
      - Proven ability to interface with diverse stakeholders effectively

      - Previous experience in customer service or HR-related roles
      - Familiarity with leave of absence policies and procedures
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure
