      Job Description
      MCE PROF Staffing is in search for a detail-oriented and experienced Legal Assistant to join a highly skilled Law FIrm in Sacramento, CA. This position will primarily support the Sacramento office, though some work may occur at our Fairfield location as needed. We are looking for candidates with strong receptionist and customer service skills, legal/paralegal experience a plus, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. This role requires an onsite presence, with the potential for hybrid work based on performance and business needs.

      Role Description

      • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients and visitors with exceptional customer service
      • Provide comprehensive administrative support to attorneys and legal staff
      • Manage case documentation, correspondence, and schedules efficiently
      • Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Google Docs, Google Calendar) for documentation and scheduling
      • Operate with MyCase (preferred, but not required) for case management
      • Maintain organized office and reception space
      Requirements

      Qualifications
      • Prior legal or paralegal experience preferred
      • Receptionist and customer service experience required
      • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Google Workspace
      • Familiarity with MyCase is a plus
      • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
