What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide effective, accurate, and timely legal secretarial support to assigned Attorneys
- Attend to file details critical to optimal case outcomes
- Maintain current, accurate calendar/docket and schedules
- Assist in scheduling depositions/hearings with necessary parties
- Provide timely and accurate preparation of outgoing mail, photocopying, and scanning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of Workers' Compensation legal experience in private practice and/or corporate legal practice
- High School Diploma is required
- Associates Degree or equivalent is preferred
- Ability to meet productivity targets in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Working knowledge of claims and litigation practices is preferred
