Job Description
Law Clerk to assist General Counsel with projects and day-to-day responsibilities. Primary responsibility is contract review, corporate filings, and research. Opportunity to assist and have exposure to all aspects of in-house legal responsibilities. Summer hours desired are approximately 20-30 hours per week depending on Clerk availability until school resumes. There is a possibility the position could continue during the school year at a reduced number of hours if Clerk available.
