What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Take inbound and outbound calls, including appointment scheduling for consultations and responding to client inquiries
- Manage emails and calendars for efficient communication and scheduling
- Assist in organizing and managing important legal documents
- Maintain and update data in the CRM (GoHighLevel) and Case Management System (MyCase)
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Legal Assistant
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience using CRMs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Detail-oriented with experience handling documents and data entry
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with legal terminology and procedures
- Experience with document management systems
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
