      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide legal secretarial and administrative support to Legal & Compliance Department staff, attorneys, paralegals, and officers
      - Coordinate and assist with state insurance division audits and prepare legal reports
      - Maintain filing, tracking, and disposition system for legal documents, communications, and records
      - Establish, maintain, and release Legal and/or Litigation Holds as necessary
      - Accept, track, and coordinate payment/receipt of legal bills, settlement payments, and reimbursements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 4 years of progressively responsible administrative work experience in a law office, corporate law department, or equivalent
      - Advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite and event/meeting coordination
      - Ability to interpret state and federal statutes, regulations, and case law
      - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with all levels within the organization
      - Associate’s degree preferred

      - Experience in a legal environment with a focus on compliance and regulatory matters
      - Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively
      - Familiarity with legal indexing systems and records research
