Job Description

- Format and construct various pleadings, correspondence, and other legal documents.
- Manage correspondence between attorney and clients.
- Organize and maintain physical and electronic files.
- Oversight of individual client preferences, client accounts, and requests.
- Maintain attorney calendar.
- Provide proactive and advanced legal support; and
- Other tasks as needed.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to meet required deadlines, multi-task, prioritize, organize, and work calmly under pressure.
- High attention to detail, be proactive, and self-motivated.
- Ability to both follow instructions, and to think and work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Professional appearance and attitude.
- Ability to speak French is strongly preferred
- Two years of experience in a law firm preferred; and
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
