- Provide administrative support to attorneys, including document editing, formatting, and proofing
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, court dates, and client appointments
- Perform e-filing and e-recording of legal documents across various jurisdictions
- Assist with litigation support, including case preparation and research
- Draft and process legal documents, contracts, and briefs
- Maintain and organize case files and ensure timely updates
- Support time entry and assist in proforma invoice processing
- Conduct research related to Environmental, Tribal, Immigration, and Securities law
- Communicate effectively with clients regarding case updates and deadlines
- Ensure compliance with legal procedures and internal policies
- Minimum of 3 years of law firm experience
- Strong knowledge of litigation processes and legal documentation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and legal e-filing systems
- Excellent attention to detail and strong proofreading skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines efficiently
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Positive, punctual, and dependable team player
- Able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative environment
- This position routinely utilizes standard office equipment such as laptops, computers, phones, photocopiers, and filing cabinets, in a home office as well as an in-person office environment.
- Ability to lift/move up to 20 pounds.
- This position is generally performed in a professional office setting; 70% sitting, 20% standing, and 10% walking.
