- Provide exceptional customer service to firm clients while updating them on claim status & obtaining medical status updates.
- Lead communication with firm clients ensuring all questions & concerns are addressed & medical/injury information is kept updated.
- Maintain & update the firm’s client management software system
- Demonstrated superior customer service and administrative skills
- Innovative problem resolution
- Strong team collaboration skills with the ability to integrate and contribute to group efforts
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal team members and clients
- Computer experience should include basic knowledge of Outlook, Word, and Excel. Legal software(s) (Filevine, Clio, Trialworks, etc.) preferred
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality
- Background in account or case management, medical billing and coding, patient health records, release of information compliance, subrogation or in a law firm preferred

Our Legal Assistants are responsible for opening new files and working with them until settlement. Functioning within a team-based approach, our Legal Assistants collaboratively manage each aspect of the file, with specific roles assigned to different needs of the case.RESPONSIBILITIES
