- Engage in contract review, drafting, negotiation, and counseling
- Assist with regulatory compliance, including environmental, health, safety and transportation regulations
- Daily engagement and collaboration with members of the PepsiCo North America Supply Chain legal team
- Develop organizational processes and templates
- Support the North America Supply Chain legal team with other projects, including administrative tasks, as assigned
- The expected compensation range for this position is between $64,300 - $107,650.

- 2-3 years’ experience as a paralegal or legal assistant (in-house or at a law firm) working in the area of contracts and/or legal research
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Experience in contract drafting, review, negotiation and/or contract management, a plus
- Experience in regulatory compliance support or research, a plus
- Tech tools savvy and passion about finding efficiencies and developing process, a plus
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and proactive
- Superior oral, writing and proofreading skills
- Strong teamwork mentality
- Superior organizational, prioritization and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience working with those in the manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, warehouse, fleet or transportation industry (or a strong interest in one of these areas), a plus!

OverviewLocation: Must live 90 miles to one of our PepsiCo office locations in either Plano, TX (7701 Legacy Dr.) or Purchase, NY (700 Anderson Hill Rd.). Role is Hybrid. Candidate should expect to be in office about 3 days per week
The Legal Assistant, Supply Chain will provide paralegal / legal assistant support to members of the North America Supply Chain Legal team, focusing on regulatory and operations/supply chain matters. This role will report to the VP, Law Department, North America Supply Chain Legal.
