- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and arrange domestic travel
- Draft, format, and proofread legal documents and correspondence
- Organize and maintain digital and physical legal files
- Enter time, process expenses, and support billing activities
- Serve as a key liaison between attorneys, clients, and internal staff
- Support a team of attorneys in a fast-paced legal environment
- Collaborate with legal admins and paralegals to ensure timely task completion
- 4+ years of experience as a legal administrative assistant (5+ preferred)
- Experience in a mid-to-large law firm setting
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Word, Outlook, Excel)
- Experience with document management and legal billing systems (iManage, Elite, 3E, Chrome River, etc. – preferred, not required)
- Proven experience with calendar management and travel coordination
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Must have consistent work history – candidates with frequent job changes may not be considered
- Hybrid schedule: Onsite Monday–Thursday, remote Friday
- Standard business hours; paid OT available but rarely required
- Must complete assessments prior to interview (Microsoft Office, grammar/spelling, and typing test – 50 WPM minimum)
