      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide effective, accurate, and timely legal secretarial support to Workers' Compensation Attorneys
      - Maintain accurate calendars, schedules, and case files while adhering to court rules and procedures
      - Schedule and manage depositions, hearings, and med-legal appointments
      - Prepare and process outgoing mail, photocopying, and scanning with attention to detail
      - Follow up on requests for medical records and discovery responses, ensuring deadlines are met

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 1 year of Workers' Compensation legal experience in private or corporate practice
      - High School Diploma required; Associate's Degree or equivalent preferred
      - Strong familiarity with MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
      - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment while meeting productivity targets
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills, along with strong organizational abilities

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Working knowledge of claims and litigation practices
      - Experience with E-filing preferred
