Job Description

Assist in the mobilization of multi-country outsourcing agreements with new clients across the EMEA region, preparing and negotiating service agreements.
Collaborate with JLL procurement teams to review and negotiate subcontracts with suppliers for multiple types of services.
Manage clients' agreements, coordinating and executing local country agreements in EMEA
Draft and conclude amendments to agreements.
Provide training and guidance to the sourcing team on legal best practices, contract management and compliance
Liaise with JLL's Risk Management Department and other internal support functions (e.g., Finance, HR, Tax, Information Security, Compliance) to identify, assess, and mitigate JLL's exposure to risk.
Maintain and manage various databases/shared sites of the legal team and support the team in storing and retrieving documents or assignments as required.
Draft ad-hoc letters or documents such as letters of engagement and/or intention, notices and others.
Coordinating tasks associated with management of JLL legal entities in EMEA.
Maintain contract templates and update them based on the legal team's input.
Conduct ad-hoc research on topics pursuant to a team member's direction.
Coordinate with lawyers and paralegals in other regions to ensure process efficiencies and consistencies and the execution of global legal team projects (including technology initiatives).
Organize and track the legal team's initiatives to improve best practices.
Provide support to team members in advancing their projects/goals as needed.
Manage, develop, and resolve the team's technology requirements by coordinating with the JLL IT department or other relevant JLL teams as required.
A senior paralegal experience in contract drafting, reviewing, and negotiation.
Experience working in a multinational company or law firm is preferred.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Other European languages are a plus.
