The purpose of this position is provide legal services for Bosch Global Software company (BGSW) and it's World wide businesses for IT & ITES services.
1. Draft, review and negotiate transactional contracts for business units in India and Global regions to enable the achievement of business goals
2. Participate and provide legal advise to business units regarding IT & Software related, Cyber security, Data privacy and Intellectual property and effectively identify risk factors, to provide timely legal advise and enable business growth and global compliance
3. Communicate and coordinate with internal stakeholders in aligning their business requirements within the external legal frameworks to devise an effective business strategy
4. Liaise with Senior Legal Counsel to provide risk analysis on possible legal issues and evaluate different risk factors regarding business decisions and operations to minimize liability exposure

1.Effectively close deals and transactions which contribute directly to the growth of the business
2.Positive feedback from stakeholders, resulting in timely and quality deliverables
3.Timely updates and trainings of changes in legal frameworks
4.Timely reporting and escalating of legal risks
Qualifications
1. Law Degree from a Tier 1 or Tier 2 college in India
2. Post Graduate in a specialized field of law (LLM) is advantageous
3. 2 to 5 years of experience in contracts laws relating to IT & ITES
4. Experience in reputed law firms or as inhouse counsel in IT & ITES related fields
