Job Description

1. Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB);
2. Candidate must be well versed with local language with at least 5years+ of post qualification experience;
3. Must have knowledge of and experience in reviewing and negotiating IT/BPO contracts, non-disclosure agreements, software license agreements, subcontracts, MOUs, and other information technology related documents, contracts relating to administration, immovable property and Human Resource;
4. Must have excellent communication and team collaboration skills;
5. Must have high professional, integrity, ethical standards and proactive approach.
