      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide tactical legal advice and support to internal clients, including PBM, pharmacy, and government programs
      - Perform research, drafting, and transactional work related to legal matters, potentially managing litigation efforts
      - Advise clients on compliance with regulatory requirements and corporate policies, and develop legal training
      - Provide client training on legal principles and coordinate with in-house and outside legal resources
      - Manage multiple tasks and priorities while building relationships within the organization

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Juris Doctor degree and current license to practice law in Minnesota
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing as an attorney or in a related legal role, with at least 3 years in managed care or healthcare
      - Must be eligible to work in the United States without the need for a work visa or residency sponsorship
      - Ability to establish rapport and build relationships across all levels of the organization
      - Expert communication, negotiation, and influencing skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with PBMs, pharmacies, and/or health benefit insurers
