- Advise, coach and partner with our Sales, HR, Commercial Operations, and Brand/Marketing teams on matters regarding advertising law, contracts, employment law, dispute resolution (e.g., advertising disputes, IP enforcement), regulatory matters, and competition law to ensure legal compliance and to play a key role in strategic business decision making.
- Collaborate and be a trusted business partner to our business and stewardship functions, with the opportunity for connections at senior levels within the organisation and with legal colleagues across Europe and the globe.
- Deepen your knowledge in numerous legal areas throughout your career including competition, advertising, consumer protection, employment law and compliance implementation.

- Coaching, Support and Career Development: You will sit within a supportive and highly experienced Northern Europelegal team, learning on the job and reporting to the Director and Assistant General Counsel. You will receive consistent coaching and development to help you progress within your career.
- You will need to be a UK-Qualified Solicitor with some experience in a law firm or in-house legal department supporting consumer goods producers and/or retailer business clients.
- An ability to work at a high pace, be agile and work on different matters in parallel with a growth mindset to learn and build expertise.
- A background and interest in commercial law or experience working with employment law would be an advantage.
- Excellent legal, analytical and communication skills, combined with strong common sense and ability to collaborate in a multinational environment.
- Ability to apply legal professional knowledge very practically and strategically; to analyze risks and issues and propose business-oriented solutions.
- A proactive work approach with a strong sense of ownership and leadership.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
