Legal Graduate Scheme – Graduate Solicitor Apprenticeship

London or Leeds

Permanent 2 to 3-year programme

£28k - £34.5k per year (depending on location) There is a pay increase in 2nd and 3rd years of programme, plus £1,000 sign on bonus, annual performance related bonus up to £1,200, plus fantastic benefits

On our two to three-year Legal Graduate Scheme, you’ll develop new skills by rotating through a range of seats and experience every side of an in-house role, including commercial, employment, privacy, insurance, and legal operations. You’ll study a Level 7 Solicitor Apprenticeship which will equip you with the core technical and professional skills you’ll need to thrive in a continually evolving legal industry. Once your scheme as been completed, you’ll be eligible to qualify as a solicitor.

Whether you know what you want to do in the future or are still working that out, we believe it’s really important to try it for yourself. That’s why over the course of the scheme, you’ll be continuously learning and putting your apprenticeship learning into practice.

What’s more, the scheme is underpinned by a comprehensive learning and development programme. You’ll develop essential skills such as self-awareness, effective working, communication, team working, influencing, leadership and research techniques. And with support from your manager, our Early Careers team and buddies, you’ll be stretched to discover your potential.

All of this will help you shape your career and turn you into a well-rounded legal professional. Your progression after the scheme is endless, it just depends on where you want to go next.

Qualifications and Training

• Must have the right to work in the UK
• Completed an LLB Law Degree or Graduate Diploma in Law
• Be on track to achieve, or have already achieved, at least a 2.1 in your degree

This pathway is not suitable for those who have already started studying towards or completed their LPC.
