Job Description

- Legal research on laws and cases
- Support legal counsel in reporting the works of legal department.
- Preparation of Excel files and Power point slides for the legal department tasks, projects, trainings
- Assist the legal counsel in drafting and reviewing the legal documents/contracts.
- Assist for archiving the documents, categorizing the files and folders,
- Follow up and support notary processes.
- Checking external law firm invoices and initiating the internal processes for approval
- Follow up the documents to be signed by the signatories.
- Contribute to the improvement of legal department tasks and legal tech to be enabled.
- Bachelor's degree in law is a must. Master's degree is a plus.
- Experience in UAE, in a law firm or an in-house legal department, for at least 1 year
- Fluent English is a must, Arabic is a plus.
- Experience in legal tech is a plus
- The candidate should be based in the UAE.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially in Word, Excel, and Power Point
- Eager to learn and open for development.
- Ability to work under pressure and self-initiative.
- Analytical and customer-oriented approach
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
