Job Description

support and review of contracts, T&Cs, marketing materials and products labels;
support and review of all administrative and corporate documents (e.g. BoD meeting calls and minutes, Shareholders meeting calls and minutes, legal books transcriptions, proxy, etc.);
support the Surveillance Committee ex Legislative Decree 231;
support and review of privacy, compliance and administrative documents;
support the European legal team on cross-countries projects;
legislation and case law research;
day-to-day assistance on legal matters.
law degree with a high score is required;
admission to the bar in Italy as well as a master in business law or LL.M. degree is a plus;
fluency in English and Italian;
knowledge of Italian and EU law.
