What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Draft special event agreements, supplier agreements, and sponsorship agreements
- Prepare executive summaries of key contracts
- Conduct legal research on various legal issues
- Draft legal letters, contracts, and memos as directed
- Support attorneys with pending and potential legislation impacting the business
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Current law student in good standing
- Background in corporate transactional, real estate, government affairs, intellectual property, data privacy, and litigation management preferred
- Professional and customer service-oriented attitude
- Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and follow through
- Must complete a successful criminal and credit background check
