      Your responsibilities will include:

      • Actively participate in US/Canada Commercial Legal Team meetings
      • Support US/Canada Legal Team members in revising non-disclosure agreements, vendor/supplier agreements, professional services agreements and other operational contracts
      • Assist with subpoena responses
      • Conduct legal research as needed
      • Support integration of Contract Lifecycle Management project
      • Foster a work culture of operational excellence to enhance Customer Experience
      • Build and maintain internal client relationships

      The Legal Intern position is well-suited for you if you:

      • Are well organized and have the ability to prioritize workloads.
      • Are a creative problem solver and critical thinker.
      • Have outstanding service and focus on results.
      • Are able to work both independently and in a team.
      • Are adaptable to different leadership styles.

      Qualified candidates will have:

      • Progress towards a J.D. degree with a minimum GPA of at least 3.0/4.0 preferred
      • Ability to work 40 hrs per week during the summer internship program
      • Ability to work 15-20 hrs per week during the 2025-2026 academic year
      • Strong business insight and continuous improvement skills
      • General knowledge of Microsoft Office
      • Outstanding attention to detail with verbal and written communication skills
      • Reliable transportation required to get to and from Westchester headquarters each work day

      This pay rate is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job, education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity, alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).
