What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Collaborate with the Customer Solutions Team Lead to develop procedures for servicing operations
- Perform recurring processing activities according to established standard operating procedures
- Implement new systems to support evolving processes
- Conduct exception processing to identify and correct processing errors
- Work cross-departmentally to ensure timely project and task completion
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Exceptional problem-solving and issue resolution skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong analytical, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to work productively within a team while maintaining independence
