      What you will do

      In this role, we seek a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to join our growing Global Legal Operations team. This role offers the opportunity to drive efficiency, optimize processes, and support our legal department in achieving strategic objectives. This role will be part of the Global Legal Operations Team and will report to the Director of Legal Spend and Matter Management.

      • Lead project management initiatives related to spend and matter management while demonstrating flexibility and openness to assume additional projects as necessary to drive Global Legal Operations (GLO) strategic priorities.

      • Responsible for the management of legal operations projects concurrently, including scoping, planning, executing, and closing out projects and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are met.

      • Develop and implement standardized project management tools and templates.

      • Collaborate with project stakeholders to develop, manage, and own project scope.

      • Analyze critical path, major workstreams, and intersecting milestones.

      • Collaborate with cross-functional managers to define project budget, project requirements, and priorities.

      • Monitor and maintain costs within budget.

      • Develop a risk management plan for the projects.

      • Identify, analyze, and understand project risks; develop and monitor a risk response plan.

      • Estimate, acquire, and assign cross-functional project resources.

      • Define the role, responsibility, and deliverables for each team member.

      • Develop a Stakeholder management plan for the project based on the identification, analysis, and understanding of Stakeholder expectations.

      • Develop and execute the communications management plan for the project team and key stakeholders' needs.

      • Utilize data analytics tools and techniques to gather insights, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and generate reports on project progress and outcomes.

      • Present findings and recommendations to senior management and key stakeholders to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement.

      What you need

      • Bachelor’s degree required.

      • MBA preferred.

      • 8+ years of work experience required.

      • Experience with project lifecycle phases and project management tools preferred.

      • Experience working in Global Legal Department operations preferred.

      • Experience in Legal Outside counsel is highly desirable.

      $112,800 - $239,900 salary plus bonus eligible + benefits. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.

      Travel Percentage: 10%
