What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Administer and optimize legal technology platforms, including contract lifecycle management (CLM)
- Serve as the primary point of contact for CLM vendor, including implementation and ongoing support
- Collaborate with IT and legal stakeholders to evaluate, select, and deploy new legal technology solutions
- Review contracts for accuracy and completeness according to legal standards and company policies
- Generate reports and dashboards on legal KPIs, contract status, and contract volume
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; legal studies or paralegal certification preferred
- 4-6 years of experience in legal operations, legal technology, or contract management
- Hands-on experience with legal tech platforms (e.g., Ironclad and DocuSign)
- Strong understanding of contract lifecycle processes and compliance frameworks
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience leading legal tech implementations or system migrations
- Familiarity with standard contract terms
- Knowledge of change management and training best practices
- Experience in a corporate legal department or legal operations team
