Provide support for active legal projects and track progress against benchmark data.
Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations to Jabil Legal and other functions.
Assist in sampling legal technology and software programs for potential use.
Analyze financial data to provide insights and support the decision-making process.
Assist with preparing budget forecasts and contribute to financial planning initiatives.
Assist in developing training materials for Jabil operational processes.
Any additional duties deemed necessary by the Legal Operations team.
Candidate Profile: Currently enrolled at a law school and is graduating between May 2024 - Dec 2024
GPA: Min 3.0
Availability: Must be available to work full-time in St. Petersburg Florida from May 20, 2024 – Aug 9, 2024.
Technical Skills: Competent in Microsoft 365, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word.
Some knowledge of budget creation and forecasting is ideal.
Effective Communication.
Self-starter – Ability to drive work with minimal oversight.
Leadership Skills: Agility, Building Trusting Relationships, Decision Making Skills, & Resilience.
