- Support an increasingly efficient delivery of matters to clients, incorporating key project management tasks such as: matter planning, coordination, reporting, financial and budget management and client liaison.
- Deliver or support the use of LegalTech solutions on matters and promote efficiency initiatives in coordination with the relevant expert teams in the firm and following the general guidance of the Legal Operations function.
- Develop and share good practices internally and assist partners/lawyers to choose the best efficiency tools and solutions for each need based on the available offering.
- Nurture a culture of continuous improvement across the office.
- Join relevant internal and external fora and attend relevant global/regional Legal Operations meetings / calls and events.
- Attend training and conferences as required to be up to date of developments in the Legal Operations space
- Work with other Legal Project Managers within the firm to share best practice, discuss any challenges or issues, and innovate by introducing new tools and ways of working

- Senior Manager Legal Project Management / Legal Tech Europe
- Head of Legal Project Management / Legal Tech Europe

- Clients in coordination with the practice leadership and the matter teams and relevant external suppliers
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in project management/change management.
- Knowledge of legal or other professional service organisations.
- Previous experience in successfully developing and/or implementing changes and business improvement initiatives.
- Excellent mastering of Microsoft Excel
- Experience using Microsoft Project and other Project Management tools
- Optional: Project Management certification (e.g., Prince 2 / IPMA or other process improvement qualifications)
- Organizational and planning capacity
- Outstanding communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to prioritise and work under pressure in a calm manner
- Strong influencing ability
- Strong working skills of MS office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, Power point etc)

For our Madrid office, we are looking for a Legal Project Manager, to be part of a dynamic and growing team of legal project managers and other legal tech / legal operations professionals across Europe with team members in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, and Luxembourg.
Purpose of the role
The main purpose of this role is to support the Madrid practice and practices across Europe in the delivery of matters to clients, incorporating key project management tasks. It also involves encouraging and supporting the implementation of LegalTech tools that can make matter delivery more efficient and the delivery of efficiency initiatives in general, supporting other aspects of the firm’s continuous improvement and efficiency strategy.

Practical experience
