      OVERVIEW

      The Temporary Legal Recruiting Assistant will assist the Firm’s Legal Recruiting department with a wide variety of duties related to the Firm’s Summer Associate Recruiting program.

      RESPONSIBILITIES

      • Escorts applicants to and from in-office interviews;
      • Prints and organizes resumes;
      • Assists with administrative duties for various recruiting and summer events;
      • Files all recruiting correspondence and assists with data entry; and
      • Performs other duties, as assigned.

      QUALIFICATIONS

      • Bachelor's degree (undergraduate students working towards Bachelor’s degree will also be considered);
      • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook;
      • The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise a high standard of judgment and discretion;
      • Excellent organizational, verbal and written communication skills;
      • Ability to interact professionally with attorneys, coworkers and candidates;
      • Ability to work effectively under pressure and coordinate several activities at one time, often under strict deadlines;
      • Ability to commit to begin working in May 2024 through the end of August 2024, preferably early September 2024; and
      • Availability to work overtime during peak recruiting season.

      This position is located in our New York office, and currently has a hybrid work schedule, but that is subject to change. The estimated hourly pay range for this position is $25 to $30 plus overtime. The actual salary offered will be based on a wide range of factors, including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and where applicable, licensure or certification obtained. Market and Firm factors are also considered.
