- Prepares legal documents and/or general correspondence from printed or electronic copy
- Prepares documents for service to opposing parties and for filing with Federal, State and Local courts
- Prepares Tables of Authorities and Tables of Contents for filings
- Drafts routine business correspondence as requested
- Knowledge of document management systems
- Maintain attorney contact information in Outlook
- Perform extensive calendaring/scheduling court dates and meetings
- Make travel arrangements
- Prepare expense reports
- Review and revise pre-bills
- Proactively seek guidance from other resources including corporate departments, attorneys or management
- Maintain a professional, calm and pleasant demeanor when communicating with clients or courts
- Exercise sound judgment and confidentiality

5-7 years' prior law firm or corporate legal department experience preferred.
