- Prepare and finalize legal documents, TOAs, TOCs, letters, and reports.
- Manage docketing, calendaring, and state/federal court filings, including e-filing.
- Handle administrative tasks: phone calls, expense reports, travel arrangements, and schedules.
- Support multiple attorneys and cases while working independently and collaboratively.
- Minimum 5 years of litigation secretary experience.
- Expertise in state and federal court filing rules and procedures (including e-filing).
- Strong calendaring skills without reliance on programs.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal software (iManage, Coyote Analytics, PACER).
- Skilled in drafting legal documents (motions, discovery, pleadings).
- Excellent communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
- Detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and able to work under pressure.
