- This position will focus mainly on Business Center services; printing/copying/scanning, mail related tasks and shipping & receiving services.
- Assisting with hospitality services which includes setting up food and beverage service for meetings and events when needed and reception coverage during breaks.
- They will also be delivering mail, sending out overnight packages and regular mail.
- Seeking candidates who are responsible for printing, copying, scanning and helping maintain kitchens and coffee bars.
- Must have experience with copy/print and mail duties.
- There is no extensive lifting, standing or walking. They are not required to lift over 50 lbs. Any heavy lifting is done with two people.
- Candidates should be a person with customer service experience is optimal.
- Some office experience but not necessary as they will be trained.
- Office and some hospitality is helpful.
- Must be neat in appearance.
- No facial tats or that cannot be covered with clothing.
- Dress code is business casual. Slacks, and a polo shirt are fine. No tennis shoes.
- Parking is reimbursed and or provided.
