      Paladin Consulting is currently hiring a ­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­­Legal Site Hospitality Supervisor to join our team working onsite at our client's office located in Seattle, WA.

      Job Title: Legal Site Hospitality Supervisor
      Work Location: Seattle, WA
      Duration: Long-term contract with option to extend or hire

      Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-4:30pm
      Education/Experience Required: High school or equivalent
      Pay rate: $25.00 per hour

      Job Description & Responsibilities :
      • The temp will be responsible for supervising a team of 2-4 people in the legal floors of a law firm.
      • This team will focus on legal conference rooms, hotel spaces, and kitchens on 5 legal floors.
      • Provides consistent and high-quality standard of food and beverage set up/service to clients, ensuring smooth delivery of conference and function services.
      • Sets up and breaks down conference rooms according to event orders as well as maintains cleanliness standards for kitchens, equipment, and meeting rooms.
      • Assembles and arranges conference equipment in function and conference rooms per event requirements.
      • Disassembles conference rooms at appropriate break down times.
      • Office maintenance, including, but not limited to trash removal, cleaning, ordering and restocking kitchens, pantries, supplies, etc.
      • This position may also include general clerical, reception, copying, mail services, shipping and receiving products and supplies, sorting, distributing, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
      • This position reports directly to the Site Manager or Assistant Site Manager, depending on site personnel configuration.
      Skills & Qualifications :
      • Someone with good leadership, organization, and delegation skills would be successful in this role.
      • There will be extensive standing, walking, lifting required.
      • Requires high school diploma or GED and 2+ years of experience in a related field.
      • Minimum of 2 years experience in the legal industry is strongly preferred.
      • Requires experience in delivering classroom and/or informal training sessions.
      • Requires experience in operation of the most advanced machines, performing complex jobs.
      • Requires experience in setting goals by defining and prioritizing specific, realistic objectives.
      • Good organizational skills.
      • Ability to effectively set goals, lead and train employees.
      • Good technical skills and ability to use complex machinery.
      • Ability to remain updated on current technology and trends in the marketplace by reading relevant journals, magazines and newspapers.
