Job Description

- Draft, review, and negotiate a range of contracts, including procurement, services, and licensing agreements, ensuring compliance with legal standards and company policies.
- Providing legal counsel and guidance on copyright matters, including Intellectual Property protection and infringement issues.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to support business decisions and mitigate legal risks.
- Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to address legal concerns and facilitate effective contract management processes.
- Handle various legal matters as their arise within the organization, demonstrating versatility and agility in problem-solving.
- At least 5 years of experience as legal in house in contract law, with a focus on procurement, servicesand licensing agreements.
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree.
- In-depth knowledge of copyright law and related Intellectual Property concepts, with demonstrated experience in providing strategic guidance and solutions.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to details, with the ability to interpret complex legal documents and navigate nuanced legal issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
- Excellent English language, both written and spoken.
