      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist the legal team with reviewing, drafting, and negotiating various agreements
      - Develop templates, policies, and procedures related to legal operations
      - Engage in dispute resolution and litigation processes
      - Identify legal and business risks while providing strategic legal advice
      - Participate in a variety of legal projects, including corporate governance and data privacy

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Currently enrolled in a nationally-accredited U.S. law school
      - Strong judgment, ethics, and a passion for the employer's mission
      - Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
      - Ability to handle multiple assignments and resolve conflicting priorities
      - Creative problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a legal internship or similar role
      - Familiarity with corporate governance, intellectual property, or employment law
      - Demonstrated involvement in diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives
