      Title: Legal Support Coordinator

      Pay Rate: $19-$20/hour

      Shift: 7:00am - 3:30pm PST

      Firstsource is a leading provider of transformational outsourcing solutions spanning the customer lifecycle across Healthcare, Banking and Financial Services, Communications, Media, Technology, and more. Our Thousand Oaks, California location is a nationally recognized asset-recovery company.

      Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

      • Multitask with strong attention to detail.
      • Stay highly organized.
      • Work well under pressure.
      • Be dependable, responsible, and punctual.
      • Perform data entry, document retrieval, and mail preparation.
      • Work 40 hours per week with possible overtime.

      Qualifications:

      • High school diploma or equivalent.
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
      • Maintain professionalism and courtesy at all times.
      • Stay focused with minimal supervision.
      • Show initiative and creativity in job responsibilities.
      • Prioritize multiple tasks in a busy environment.
      • Proficient in Microsoft Office and personal computers.
