Requirements 1 2 years of customer service experience, exposed to high operational KPIs SLAs Flexible and quick learner, able to adapt to continuously evolving changes at client project Strong soft skills Self Confidence, Dealing with Complexity Excellent communication skills in English verbal, written skills Demonstrate speed at carrying out tasks, agility, critical thinking, and problem solving skills, ability to learn quickly Self driven with attention to detail and follow through to closure of issues Ability to multi task and work under pressure in a fast paced environment Preference Singaporeans PR only Candidates with operational excellence experience have an added advantage Working Hours 8.30am 5.30pm. Monday Friday work schedule Willing to support on PH holiday Candidate will also have opportunities to hone their functional skills and expertise in an area of specialization. Be involved in Analysis and Investigations.
Incumbent is required to work closely together with the client s law enforcement teams that handle compliance workflows
Analyze customer requests for validity and urgency
Interface with multiple functional areas to investigate cases and acquire information
Accurate review and entry of required data points
Identify and escalate emergency requests, as needed
Clarify request information, issues, and inquiries
Manage open and unresolved tasks under individual ownership
Discover workflow inefficiencies and suggest solutions to improve operations
Willingness to work with sensitive, adult, and controversial content
Strong communication and organizational skills
Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
