      Job Description:
      This jobs is responsible for providing operational and sales support to lending specialists and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Key responsibilities include serving as a liaison between fulfillment, underwriting, and the client, supporting lending specialists with the loan process, and performing pipeline reviews to ensure completion of pre and post initial credit decision tasks and client contact routines. Job expectations include collecting, reviewing, and uploading documentation provided by clients for mortgages and loans. This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since this position requires SAFE Act registration, employees are required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination.

      Responsibilities:

      • Supports the client experience and operational execution by providing exceptional customer service, connecting clients to the bank's digital capabilities, and conducting consistent follow-up routines to meet client needs
      • Reviews the lending pipeline to understand the status of loan applications and identify clients that need to be contacted for documentation
      • Supports lending specialists throughout the loan process, including the collection of additional documents as required by underwriting in order to ensure timely closing of loans
      • Assists lending specialists with sales support activities by connecting with clients through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
      • Leverages knowledge of mortgage products and solutions to ensure bank and regulatory requirements are met
      • Liaises with key centers of influence, including Sales, Fulfillment, and National Retail Credit Lending to understand the status of client loan applications and support the client through the application approval process by conducting outreach on required documents
