Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Lending Transformation Program (LTP) Technology work-steam, partnering with Operations, Technology and Transaction Management
- Deputise for the LTP Strategic Implementation Program Director, representing the global team in various leadership forums
- Oversee and prioritise the dynamic global Lending Operations Target Operating Model book of work
- Partner with stakeholders to design and implement front-to-back robust and sustainable processes and control frameworks
- Provide leadership over project management execution, proactively overcoming challenges and driving timely delivery
- Deliver strategic planning partnering with stakeholders, ensuring appropriate syndication and approvals
- Execute transformation program, deploying best practice project management standards, on time and in budget
- Provide senior program / project status reporting across the broad book of work
- Evaluate regulatory requirements and ensure project implementation comprehensively meets management, 2 LoD Risk, Internal Audit and regulatory expectations
- 15+ years of experience, including 8-10+ years' managerial experience
- Minimum 12 years of experience in wholesale lending Technology, Middle Office or Operations, including Transformation. Experience in Risk & Control and/or Audit desirable.
- Strong wholesale lending product knowledge with exposure to the Credit and Lending lifecycle management and end-to-end processes, operational procedures, control design and metrics, product processing platforms and booking models.
- Delivered large scale transformation technology programs, involving organizational structures and processes.
- Strong attention to detail with ability to distil complex ideas into clear and simple communication.
- Demonstrate a consistent track record having worked as a Program or Project Manager, Lead, PMO or department head, managing teams and large, strategic cross-functional projects
- Previous program/project management, consulting, technology and/or management
- CAPM, PMP, PgMP and/or MBA are a plus
- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience, potentially Masters degree and managerial experience
The Institutional Credit Management (ICM) team is a critical component of Citi’s First Line of Defense for wholesale lending and counterparty credit risk. It partners with businesses Citi-wide to ensure we have best-in-class risk and control capabilities. ICM also plays an important role in Citi’s Transformation efforts by helping to drive a Citi-wide focus on wholesale credit risk and processing risk management. Through ongoing investment in processes, controls, systems, and governance, ICM continues to further embed consistency and best practices across Citi, driving closer alignment between our business and regulatory goals. Lending Transformation is a key enterprise-wide initiative within ICM. The goal is to transform the end-to-end wholesale lending process which will consolidate key remediation efforts for Citi’s lending products and establish a consistent target operating model with a focus on improved processes, controls, and enhanced technology that will achieve best-in-class processing capabilities to support our client franchise.
ICM is looking for a senior Program Manager to deliver technology programs enabling the implementation of the multi-year wholesale lending strategic target operating model. This individual should have strong wholesale lending product experience, having delivered large scale technology programs gained in either technology, middle office, operations or transformation

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:
$170,000.00 - $300,000.00
