Job Description:

• Candidate must be able to read blueprints and schematic drawings.
• Experience with Personal Computer and Microsoft Project, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word applications.
• Candidate must have the ability to operate hand and power tools and should have his own tools as an installer.
• Ability to work in confined spaces, climb ladders, stand for extended periods, work extended hours, and travel independently.
• Excellent knowledge in mechanical retrofitting of door frames and gates for cable routing to electric strikes and door locks (Hess, Schlage, wireless locks) and magnetic locking devices (Dynalock, Securitron, etc...).
• Candidate must have a valid driver's license and an excellent driving record the ability to operate fleet vehicle in a safe manner at all times.
• Candidate must have the ability to communicate and provide excellent customer service.
• Must be able to lift 60 lbs.
• Must be able to operate articulating boom lifts, climb ladders, and operate such devices in accordance with OSHA standards.
• Flexibility, adaptability, leadership, self-starter requiring minimal direct supervision, able to work individually and as part of a team are all desirable traits.
