What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design, test, and implement compelling puzzle levels by fixed deadlines
- Conduct playtests, provide feedback, and analyze data for levels
- Refine and optimize puzzle levels based on user feedback and playtest results
- Organize levels according to defined difficulty curves
- Contribute creative insights and solutions for new match-3 puzzle level features
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 1 year of professional game design experience
- Bachelor's degree
- Understanding of core mechanics and game loops
- Experience in game balancing and level tuning
- Proficiency with collaborative software and Google Apps for Business
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior puzzle level design experience on at least one shipped title
- Experience completing hundreds of mobile casual puzzle game levels
- In-depth knowledge of emerging games and trends
