      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Provide technical support for FM:Systems’ software applications
      - Handle support tickets from clients via phone, email, portal, and online chat
      - Facilitate effective communication with both internal and external customers
      - Solve issues using and programming SQL statements and queries
      - Contribute to knowledgebase articles and the FM:Systems Community

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 1+ years’ experience in client support and/or web application development
      - Strong verbal and written communication skills
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Ability to multi-task and work within a team to meet deadlines
      - Command of MS Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with standard CRM/ticketing systems
      - Certifications in areas such as MSCE, MSCA, MSDBA, MCAD, MCSD
      - Experience with database technologies, particularly SQL Server
      - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
      - Familiarity with AWS environment and Microsoft Server/Network technologies
