What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Create tee shirt illustrations that celebrate and represent Movement's LGBTQIA+ climbing community
- Reflect the characteristics of Movement's brand, including inclusivity, positivity, celebration, and simplicity
- Provide a range of readable sketches or loose comps based on the creative brief
- Collaborate with the team to refine and revise selected concepts
- Deliver high-resolution digital files of the tee shirt illustrations, including color and grayscale versions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- LGBTQIA+-identifying artist and community member
- Strong artistic skills and ability to balance personal signature style with Movement's brand story
- Application and link to portfolio required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in tee shirt illustration or similar artistic projects
