      CACI is seeking a full performance Liaison Officer (LNO) to support the integration and synchronization of system capabilities across all operational levels for the USAF Network Centric Collaborative Targeting System (NCCT). You will work in a dynamic operational environment directly interfacing at all levels of the USAF Air Operations Center (AOC) and Distributed Common Ground Systems (DCGS) in multiple locations. You will provide NCCT expertise across a varied set of hardware, software, and expeditionary equipment, and communicate highly technical information to all levels of the USAF NCCT, AOC command teams, and subordinate units. You will have the opportunity to work with both co-located and remote engineering teams across the globe, along with providing on-site support to exercise events throughout the year.

      More About this Role:

      • Coach AOC/DCGS Airmen to prepare, plan, assess, and execute NCCT Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) operations to ensure mission success, system utilization and process efficacy
      • Daily interaction with USAF AOC/DCGS operations, intelligence and flight officers and enlisted operations personnel to capture potential system LIMFACS
      • Provide guidance on the production of Tactic, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP), and Concepts of Operations (CONOPS) documents to aid in the implementation and execution of NCCT operations
      • Provide strategic planning and guidance to local commanders
      • Provide on demand briefings of NCCT assets, capabilities, and future plans to General Officer and Senior Enlisted Advisory Staff
      • Provide feedback to the NCCT program engineering team with user limitations and lessons learned
      • Assist a team of engineers to perform system modifications at geographically diverse locations
      • Perform system configuration to tailor to customers’ needs
      • Investigate and perform performance tuning, resource optimization, and system upgrades
      • Support worldwide supply chain logistics nodes using software tools and Systems Engineering best practices
      • On-demand TDY to various AORs in support of NCCT and ABMS program goals

      You’ll Bring These Qualifications:

      Education: Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline or Acquisition/Contract Management field from an accredited University

      Clearance: Active TS/SCI with CI polygraph

      Experience: Minimum of 8 years of professional experience

      Required Skills:

      • A passion to learn, coach, and mentor AOC/DCGS staff in a co-located and remote team environment
      • A strong desire to grow and champion the NCCT program within the USAF AOC/DCGS framework
      • Self-motivated with exquisite interpersonal and written/verbal communication and negotiation skills
      • An ability to work with little oversight, while maintaining job excellence and customer engagement
      • Experience conducting and documenting analysis of alternatives and trade studies to support evaluation of technical trade-offs and decision making
      • Experience within the USAF Intelligence, AOC, or DCGS community, and a subset of these skills:
      • Understanding of USAF mission platform types, roles, and performance
      • Understanding of USAF SIGINT production/collection capabilities
      • Understanding of the INCOSE Life Cycle Model Management of the Project and Technical Processes
      • Experience in producing technical volumes, white papers, and version description documents
      • Knowledge of system engineering fundamentals
      • Strong active listening skills and attention to detail
      • Exposure to networking principles and or experience working with classified networks

      These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:

      • Prior 12RX, 1N2A/C, 1N3, 1A8
      • Prior ISR crewmember experience (U2, RC-135)
      • Exposure to the System Engineering Body of Knowledge (BOK) and a desire to grow the corporate NCCT BOK within the USAF customer
      • Experience of subsystem integration into a large system (aircraft, ground vehicle, ship, etc.)
      • Understanding of DOD acquisition practices
      • DOD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification (SEC+ or eqv.)
