The position serves as a Senior Network Consultant in the Network Services Section, Patron and Network Engagement Division, National Library Services for Blind/Print Disabled (NLS) within the Library Collections and Services Group (LCSG) at the Library of Congress (LOC).

This is a non-supervisory, bargaining unit position.
Candidates with a PhD, MLS, MLIS or equivalent degree are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications
Applicants must have had progressively responsible experience and training sufficient in scope and quality to furnish them with an acceptable level of the following knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the duties of the position without more than normal supervision.
Ability to provide consultation and liaison services.**
Ability to plan, develop and execute library programs and projects.**
Ability to manage projects.
Ability to apply analytical and evaluative techniques to develop recommendations.
Ability to communicate in writing.
Ability to communicate effectively other than in writing.
