What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Work with customers to achieve desired outcomes and maximize value with transactional solutions
- Drive business growth through advocacy and reference-ability within existing accounts
- Serve as a trusted advisor to customers by understanding their needs and maintaining regular communication
- Analyze customer health data to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborate with sales and stakeholders to support opportunities and develop action plans for customers

What is Required (Qualifications):
- MLIS required
- 3 years of experience in library or book publishing operations
- 3 years of experience working with library workflows and data standards
- Proven project management abilities with strong communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite, specifically Excel and PowerPoint

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in customer success or sales role focused on the library market
- Experience in academic library acquisitions, systems, and collections
- Postgraduate qualification in Library, Information Management, IT, or Business
- Familiarity with cloud-based or SaaS products
- Familiarity with Alma
