- Performs a variety of system applications and maintenance.
- Serves as Library Coordinator for Story Time, to include Summer Reading Club, and other special events.
- Submits marketing requests.
- Serves as the lead in planning programs for the community.
- Direct Deposit and Social Security Card is required.
- Meet qualification/eligibility/background requirements for this position.
- A one year probationary period may be required.
- Satisfactorily complete an employment verification (E-Verify) check.
- Must be willing to work days, evenings, and weekends.
- This is a flexible position. Flexible positions have no guaranteed hours. A flexible employee serves in a continuing position on a scheduled or as needed basis.
- Must attend Team Member Orientation within the first 30 days of employment.
- Incumbent may perform physical exertion such as long periods of standing, bending, crouching, stooping, stretching, reaching, pushing of loaded trucks; and recurring lifting of heavy items such as boxes of books or journals.
This position is located at DFMWR, Community Recreation Division - Center Library.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
One year of work experience that equipped the applicant with practical knowledge of library or related information services, tools and methods and procedures. Experience must have been gained at the next lower level.
Best Qualified Criteria:
Working experience planning and conducting children's programs.
