- Must be at least 18 years old
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required .
- Min 2 years experience in sales and or customer service
- Must reside and be able to work in the US
- Must have a passing background check and drug test
- Strong customer service aptitude with skills in delivering exceptional service
- Consistent reliability demonstrating dependability and responsibility
- Critical thinking skills to assess situations and develop empathetic solutions
- A service-oriented mindset with a personal drive to help others with compassion.
- Strong organizational skills that are crucial for success in this role
- Ability to navigate system tools effectively to find answers and information
- A self-motivated approach to independent study during training and production phases
- Foundever will ship necessary equipment, including a headset
- A hardwired high speed internet connection with and internet speed of 100 Mbps download and 25 Mbps upload
- A quiet, distraction-free space is essential; webcam video presence will be required during training and production.

Job Overview
Foundever is seeking work from home Licensed Benefits Advisors to assist Medicare and Pre-Medicare eligible retirees in choosing appropriate health plans. Responsibilities include advising and enrolling retirees in insurance products like health, prescription drug, vision, and dental plans; guiding Pre-Medicare recipients on their options; providing Medicare education; conducting needs analyses; and helping retirees select plans that meet their individual needs while providing exceptional customer service.
