      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Interact with current policyholders via phone, email, and chat to address inquiries
      - Contact customers' banks/lenders to gather necessary information
      - Create and update policies for customer review
      - Process payments and issue refunds as required
      - Educate customers on policies and coverages to enhance their understanding

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must hold an active Property & Casualty (P&C) or Personal Lines insurance license
      - Experience in a call center or high incoming call volume environment
      - Superior customer service skills with empathy demonstrated through active listening
      - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with limited structure
      - Proficiency in Google Suite or similar tools and ability to navigate multiple platforms simultaneously

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bilingual (Spanish speaking) preferred
      - Home insurance experience highly preferred
