- Valid Electrician License
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical theory, writing methods, circuit design, and electrical components.
- Ability to interpret electrical blueprints and schematics to accurately plan and execute electrical installations.
- Staying updated on local and national electrical codes to ensure all work meets safety standards.
- Ability to diagnose electrical issues, identify root causes, and develop effective repair solutions.
- Skillful use of various electrical tools like wire stripping, crimpers, voltage testers, and power drills.
- Installing new wiring, lighting fixtures, outlets, circuit breakers, and other electrical components in homes.
- Troubleshooting and fixing electrical problems like faulty wiring, malfunctioning switches, broken fixtures, and circuit issues.
- Regularly inspecting electrical systems to identify potential hazards, testing voltage and current, and ensuring compliance with safety codes.
- Communicating with homeowners to understand their electical needs, provide estimates, and discuss project details.

As a Licensed Electrician in the modular home manufacturing industry, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems and components within modular homes. Your expertise will ensure that all electrical work complies with relevant codes and standards, providing safe and reliable electrical systems for our customers.
